Bonsai apartments are situated directly on the beach of Potokaki, on the island of Samos.

Entirely orientated towards the beach, the complex is composed by 4 independent apartments, connected by a shared patio and an internal passage that ensures direct access towards the sea or the street.

The general plan was conceived to be evolutionary and adaptable to various functions. It can easily operate as a small hotel complex, a spacious private property for a large family or an independent establishment of leisure or trade.

What also defines the value of the complex is the quality of the materials employed. The walls are built out of traditional brick and the floors are entirely covered in marble.

Constructed in the early 90s, the complex has been fully renovated in 2016. The roof tiles and double-glazed windows have been replaced, while the spacious basement which offers plenty of auxiliary space has been fully reconstructed.

Spanning over two floors, the 4 apartments and shared spaces cover a total surface of 398m2. The currently untapped 100m2 seafront area can be easily transformed into a lovely beach garden.
